Q. How to add more shipping address?
- Log-in your account
- Go to “My Account”
- Click "Edit" at My default addresses Section
- Press "+ Add New Address"
- Insert Address Information
- Click "Save"
Q. How to change default shipping/billing address?
- Log-in your account
- Go to “My Account”
- Click "Edit" at My default addresses Section
- Choose the Address you want
- Press "Set as default shipping" / Press "Set as default billing"
Q. How to change my account personal information?
- Log-in your account
- Go to “My Account”
- Click "Edit" at My profile Section
- Change information
- Click "Save"
Q. How to change my account password?
- Log-in your account
- Go to “My Account”
- Go to "Change password" Section
- Insert New Password
- Click "Save"
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

Click on “Lost Password?” and fill the email that was used to register the account in the box.

Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
