  1. Log-in your account
  2. Go to “My Account”
  3. Click "Edit" at My default addresses Section
  4. Press "+ Add New Address"
  5. Insert Address Information
  6. Click "Save"


Q. How to change default shipping/billing address?

  1. Log-in your account
  2. Go to “My Account”
  3. Click "Edit" at My default addresses Section
  4. Choose the Address you want
  5. Press "Set as default shipping" / Press "Set as default billing"


Q. How to change my account personal information?

  1. Log-in your account
  2. Go to “My Account”
  3. Click "Edit" at My profile Section
  4. Change information
  5. Click "Save"


Q. How to change my account password?

  1. Log-in your account
  2. Go to “My Account”
  3. Go to "Change password" Section
  4. Insert New Password
  5. Click "Save"


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill the email that was used to register the account in the box.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
