Missing out some stuffs from your order? Product & runner issue? Broken part ? Don't worry, we have you covered!
Please contact us within a 3 days after receiving the products.
SMN Hobby Shop will also not be responsible if your shipment is damaged/lost during transit
- For shipping error, kindly contact us, we can discuss the method which is suitable for the situation
- The conditions of products must be all new. (and factory sealed if it was)
- If the goods/products has been used or opened or damaged by the customer, there will not be any discussions
- Following this, and everything will be handled properly
- For manufacturer fault, kindly contact us and describe the parts/problem.
- Attach some photos describing your situation.
- Some figure/parts will not be replaced instantly, as it takes time for us to claim it at the manufacturer.
- Please note that issue due to color variations is not considered as manufacturer fault.
Only product fulfilling the claims requirements will only be accepted.
If return is required product must be returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Return shipping fees will not be bear by SMN Hobby Shop.
Any refunds will only be in form of SMN Hobby Shop store credits.
After the return have been completed or discussions of partial refund, it may take three to five business days to complete your refund.
When exchanged is required, the product can only be exchanged with products of the same value.
Exchange shipping fees will not be bear by SMN Hobby Shop.
It may take 1-6 months to claim replacement from the manufacturer
Replacement shipping fees will not be bear by SMN Hobby Shop.

Once payment have been made, we regret to inform that orders made cannot be cancelled
Kindly ensure that you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with order.
If the order is accepted for cancellation, the refund will only be in form of store credits.
Changes to orders are allowed within 24 hours, after which, no changes may be made. Kindly note that changes made to orders may delay delivery.

- Contact person’s name & number
- Product (Only with products of the same value)
