Return & Refund Policy
- Missing out some stuffs from your order? Product & runner issue? Broken part ? Don't worry, we have you covered!
- Please contact us within a 3 days after receiving the products.
- SMN Hobby Shop will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit
- For shipping error, kindly contact us, we can discuss the method which is suitable for the situation
- The conditions of products must be all new. (and factory sealed if it was)
- If the goods/products has been used or opened or damaged by the customer, there will not be any discussion
- Following this, and everything will be handled properly
- For manufacturer fault, kindly contact us and describe the parts/problem.
- Attach some photos describing your situation.
- Some figure/parts will not be replaced instantly, as it takes time for us to claim it at the manufacturer.
- Please note that issue due to color variations is not considered as manufacturer fault.

- For all the preorder item, the minimum deposit payment (item specific) is treated as the confirmation of order.
- For any preorder item without minimum deposit, orders are not confirmed.
- No refund/changes request will be accepted once the preorder confirmation is made (once the payment is made)
- Cancellation forfeits the minimum deposit of the preorder
